South Gate participates in many mission projects during the year. We support the Food Bank of Lincoln, Child Advocacy Center, Habitat for Humanity, Matt Talbot Kitchen, ConnectioN Point’s Open Door Pantry, United Methodist Committee on Relief, Great Plains Flood Fund and more. We are collecting diapers, feminine hygiene paper towels for ConnectioN Point’s pantry. Donations may be brought to church on Sunday mornings or during the week during church office hours (8:00 a.m. – noon, Monday – Thursday).
Boosalis Trail Clean-Up
April 20, April 27, May 4, or May 11th, 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Meet in the Runza parking lot (33rd & Nebraska Parkway). Bring a reusable cloth bag or small bucket/pail. Total walking distance for clean-up is about 1.3 miles.
