South Gate members recently volunteered at the Food Bank of Lincoln as part of our Summer Mission Passport Program.
South Gate participates in many mission projects during the year. We support the Food Bank of Lincoln, Child Advocacy Center, Habitat for Humanity, Matt Talbot Kitchen, United Methodist Committee on Relief, Lydia Patterson Institute and more. In 2016 South Gate’s congregation donated a total of $38,958 to international, national and local missions
The Youth Group is sponsoring a food drive as part of the Lincoln Can program of the Food Bank of Lincoln. You can bring your nonperishable food donations by October 1.
You can also support ConnectionN Point serving the University community by bringing peanut butter and jelly on Sunday, October 1. Other items will be requested on the first Sunday of each month.
